Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style, teacher professionalism, and the school environment on teacher performance at SMK Mambaul Ulum Mojosari. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data were collected through a survey of 54 teachers and staff at SMK Mambaul Ulum Mojosari. The sampling technique used was random sampling.
The partial test results indicate that: Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance (significance value 0.019 < 0.05). Transformational leaders encourage teacher motivation and commitment, as well as participation in professional and pedagogical development. Teacher professionalism has a significant effect on teacher performance (significance value 0.000 < 0.05). A high level of professionalism is correlated with better teaching quality, commitment, and adaptability. The work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance (significance value 0.052 < 0.05). A conducive work environment, supported facilities, and harmonious social relationships increase teacher motivation and productivity. Simultaneously, the three independent variables (transformational leadership, teacher professionalism, and work environment) significantly influenced teacher performance (F-test significance value 0.000 < 0.05). This indicates that managing these three aspects generally has a greater positive impact on teacher performance.
