Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness among Generation Z in facing digital transformation. The study involved 64 Generation Z respondents aged 18–25 years who reside in Jombang Regency. Data collection was conducted online using Google Forms and employed a purposive random sampling technique. Based on the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.899 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and work readiness among Generation Z in facing digital transformation.
