Abstract
The purpose of this study is to broaden the understanding of the influence of training, motivation, and work environment on employee performance.
This research uses a quantitative associative approach conducted through field data collection. The population consists of all employees at PT Pei Hai Internasional Wiratama Indonesia, totaling 3,900 employees, with a sample of 98 respondents. Data analysis techniques include inferential statistical methods such as validity test, reliability test, normality test, and regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test.
The results show that training has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive influence on employee performance, and the work environment contributes to improving employee performance.
