Abstract
This research aims to find out the influence of product diversity, discounts, and service quality on consumer satisfaction. Descriptive quantitative research is a type. This research involved consumers of the Belleza Mojoagung Cosmetic Shop. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. Sampling used non-probability aside, namely a population of 1000 using the Slovin formula to 90 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, T and F tests. The results of this study found that product diversity partially has no effect on consumer satisfaction, partial discounts have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality partially has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. consumer.
