Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service features, usefulness, and trust on the decision of Darul 'Ulum University Faculty of Economics students to use the DANA application.
This type of research is quantitative research. This type of quantitative research has a fit with the purpose of this research, which is to test the hypothesis that has been set. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Darul 'Ulum University with a sample of 81 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with certain characteristics. The test tools used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis tests.
The results of the study partially show that the variables of usefulness and trust have a significant influence on the decision to use the DANA application, while the service feature variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to use the DANA application. And simultaneously the variables of service features, usefulness, and trust have a significant effect on the decision to use the DANA
application.
