RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI E-RAPORT BERBASIS WEB DI MTS DARUTH THOLIBIIN JATISARI NGANJUK

Information technology plays an important role in improving the quality of an agency, apart from being an automation process for information access, technology also creates accuracy and speed of an integrated system, so that the management process will be more effective. Report cards are reports of student assessment results based on periods and subjects accompanied by personality, attitude and behavior assessments. MTs Daruth Tholibiin is one of the educational institutions that uses technology to support educational activities, but value data processing is still done manually and stored in separate archives so that it has the risk of inaccurate data or loss of data. Based on the description above, it is necessary to design a web-based e-raport information system that is expected to assist in managing student assessment data. The design of this system uses the Waterfall model, using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database. The result of this research is an e-raport information system that can facilitate educational institutions in managing student learning outcomes. Based on the results of Black Box testing, this information system can run smoothly according to its function.
