Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi beban kerja mengajar daring dengan stres kerja pada guru di SMK NU 01 Jogoroto. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara persepsi beban kerja mengajar daring dengan stress kerja pada guru di SMK NU 01 Jogoroto. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan 30 guru SMK. Proses pengumpulan data dengan memberikan kuesioner secara daring dari Google Form yang berisi 30 aitem skala persepsi beban kerja, dan 40 aitem skala stress kerja. Skala persepsi beban kerja yang digunakan diadaptasi dari teori Gawron (2008) dan telah di modifikasi. Sedangkan skala stress kerja hasil adaptasi dari teori Hardjana (2002) dan telah di modifikasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi beban kerja (X), sedangkan variable tergantungnya stress kerja (Y). Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 18.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks korelasi Product Moment rxy : 0,630 dengan nilai sig. atau p < 0,001. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi beban kerja mengajar daring dengan stress kerja pada guru SMK. Semakin tinggi tingkat persepsi beban kerja maka semakin tinggi pula stress kerja guru.

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of online teaching workload and work stress on teachers at SMK NU 01 Jogoroto. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a relationship between perceptions of online teaching workload and work stress on teachers at SMK NU 01 Jogoroto. The subjects of this study were 30 vocational school teachers. The process of collecting data is by providing an online questionnaire from the Google Form which contains 30 items on the workload perception scale, and 40 items on the work stress scale. The workload perception scale used was adapted from Gawron's theory (2008) and has been modified. Meanwhile, the work stress scale is adapted from Hardjana's theory (2002) and has been modified. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The independent variable in this study is perceived workload (X), while the dependent variable is work stress (Y). Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 18.0 for Windows. The results showed that the product moment correlation index rxy: 0.630 with a sig. or p < 0.001. This shows that there is a very significant positive relationship between perceptions of online teaching workload and work stress in vocational teachers. The higher the perceived level of workload, the higher the teacher's work stress.
