Abstract
Self-adjustment is a process when the individual tries to meet the needs within
himself that is done continuously to get a more appropriate relationship between
himself and his environment . Subjects in this study amounted to 62 adolescents
aged 17-24 years in the city of Jombang . Data retrieval technique is done online
with google form using purposive random sampling technique. Data analysis used
in this study is the correlation of Product Moment . Based on the hypothesis test
results obtained correlation coefficient rxy = 0.823 with significant 0, 000 (p<0,
01). This shows that there is a very significant positive correlation between
emotional maturity and self-adjustment.
