Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has increased society’s demand for faster, more practical, and secure digital services. The on-demand service marketplace emerges as a solution that connects users with service providers in a single integrated platform, enabling efficient search, booking, and transactions. This study aims to design and implement a web-based on-demand service marketplace using the Laravel framework for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend. The research applies a software engineering approach with the Waterfall development model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The implementation results show that the system provides user registration, service search, order management, transaction handling, and user reviews. This system is expected to improve efficiency, transparency, and trust between service providers and customers in utilizing digital services.
