IMPLEMENTASI PANCA DASAR PERSAUDARAAN SETIA HATI TERATE DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER RELIGIUS ANGGOTA DI RAYON NGEMBEH JOGOROTO JOMBANG

This study analyzes the implementation of the Panca Dasar of Persaudaraan
Setia Hati Terate in shaping the religious character of members at Rayon Ngembeh,
Jogoroto, Jombang. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through
observation, interviews, and documentation.
Value cultivation was carried out through regular training, instructor role
modeling, and habituation, focusing on harmony, mutual respect, responsibility, and
brotherhood. The impact was evident in improved worship discipline, honesty,
humility, and social concern, reflected in members’ daily lives.
Evaluation indicated effective implementation despite limitations in training
methods, documentation, and post-training monitoring. Overall, the Panca Dasar
successfully fostered a religious character that balances physical strength with steadfast
faith.
