Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between self-concept and compliance in paying credit installments among bank customers. A total of 75 respondents, who were customers of BRI Unit Jogoroto in Maangan Village, Jogoroto, Jombang, participated in the study. Data were collected online through Google Forms using a purposive random sampling technique. The results of the Spearman correlation analysis revealed a correlation coefficient of 0.772 with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate a significant positive relationship between self-concept and installment payment compliance. Specifically, a higher level of self-concept is associated with greater compliance in paying installments, while a lower self-concept corresponds to lower compliance.
