Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work
motivation, and work facilities on teachers of MAN 7 Jombang. This type of
research is quantitative research. This study used a sample of 50 respondents.
Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sample type or
often called census. The test tools used are instrument test, classical assumption
test, and statistical test using SPSS version 21. From the results of this test it can be
concluded that transformational leadership has an effect on teacher performance,
work motivation does not affect teacher performance, work facilities do not affect
teacher performance, and transformational leadership, work motivation, and work
facilities together have an effect on teacher performance.
