Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of paternalistic leadership, workload, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office. This study is quantitative. The data source is primary data, with a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Jombang Trade and Industry Office. Primary data processing uses analytical techniques Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20. This study used a sample of 67 respondents. Sampling was done using the random sampling technique simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the role of paternalistic leadership and job comfort have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office. Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office. Paternalistic leadership, workload and job comfort have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office. Paternalistic leadership is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office.
