Abstract

The learning process is successful if students and teachers follow the agreed learning
contract. The education contract must be in accordance with the school's professional ethics.
Now signs of moral decline are not only occurring among adults, but also among students. This
situation encourages the author to study and examine the use of group training services that
include teaching values to students to be improved and promoted. Managing the student
learning process. This study has the following objectives; 1) Producing a group guidance
service design containing the values of talimul mutaalim, 2) To show the effectiveness of Group
Guidance Services Containing Ta'lim Muta'alim Values effectively to improve the management
of academic ethics of elementary madrasah students.
This research is an experimental study with a pre-test design form. The research design
uses a group pre-test-post-test design. In this planning there are pre-treatment tests and post�treatment tests. The subjects of this study were 23 fifth grade students of Miftah Al Uloom
Jumbang University. The data collected will be analyzed using quantitative analysis methods,
validity and t-tests.
The results of this study are: 1) The design of the group guidance service applied refers
to the condition of students' academic ethics management that needs to be improved, 2) Based
on the results of the effectiveness test that has been carried out using the paired sample t-test
and independent sample t-test analysis techniques, group guidance services containing the
values of talimul mutaalim showed that they were very effective in improving students'
academic ethics management, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained. If based on the
guidelines for interpreting the results of the paired sample t-test analysis, the Sig. (2-tailed)
value below 0.05 indicates that there is significance in the value data. So it can be concluded
that the implementation of Group Guidance Services Containing Ta'lim Muta'alim Values is
effective in improving the Academic Ethics Management of Class V Students of MI Mitahul
Ulum Jombang
