ARCHIVES ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM ELECTRONIC LETTER IN THE OFFICE NGUSIKAN DISTRICT, JOMBANG DISTRICT.

In the study entitled Mendiro Village Administration System, Ngrambe District, Ngawi
Regency, web-based administration is an activity of collecting and processing data, making
correspondence in the current instance still uses the manual by making letters using the
Microsoft Office application, using application has weaknesses in the process of making
letters which is quite long and inefficient, therefore in this research a web-based application
is made to support making letters easier and more efficient.
This research was designed Information System Service Administration
Correspondence village level to improve the quality of service for the villagers. The
benefit of this research is expected to help simplify the process of service correspondence
residence at the village level. In this research that used to design the information system of this
letter is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). SDLC covers research implementation steps
from the beginning till the end. The conclusion of this research result is with the presence of
Information System Service Administration Correspondence, the process of Administration
Correspondence can run faster, precisely, and effectively. The arrangement of correspondence
reports can be done more quickly, thoroughly, and neatly.
