IMPLEMENTATION OF REINVENTING GOVERNMENT IN REALIZING VILLAGE INDEPENDENCE

Reinventing government is a concept that has the paradigm that it is important for the government to carry out bureaucratic antrepreneurship. The presence of this concept aims to provide a breakthrough to improve better bereaucratic services. With the contribution of ideas in the form of 10 concepts of reinventing government will be able to apply them in the lives of its people. The Ngampungan Village Government is a considered to have implemented this concept. This is proven by the development of villages into developed and independent villages. This research aims to find out how the government implements village independence. Using qualitative research methods and descriptive approaches. The resuls of the research are in the form of findings on the forms of reinventing government implementation, obstacles faced during the implementation process and community responses to changes in Ngampugan Village after the application of the reinventing government concept
