At-Thaha verse 44 from the perspective of Ibn Kathir's interpretation is that there are lessons and advice, namely that Pharaoh was at the peak of arrogance and pride, while the Prophet Moses was the chosen person of Allah SWT at that time. However, Allah SWT ordered Prophet Musa not to speak to Pharaoh but to speak gently. In the book Talim Al-Muta'allim, Imam Az-Zarnuji said that people with knowledge must love others, be happy with people who receive goodness, not be jealous (Hasad), because envy is dangerous and of no use. Don't be prejudiced against believers, because that is a source of hostility and is not halal. A teacher must have the following qualities: Sincerity in teaching his students and aiming to live up to the Shari'a, loving for the students what he loves for himself, paying attention to their benefits and advising them with affection, gentleness in teaching. And a student must have characteristics including: Cleansing the heart from bad qualities so that it is worthy of receiving knowledge, good intentions in seeking knowledge, utilizing time and focusing the heart on knowledge.
So in the Book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim a teacher must have a compassionate nature and always provide motivation in the form of advice to his students and a student must have good qualities far from bad qualities in studying. In Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, Prophet Musa and Prophet Harun conveyed orders from Allah SWT to King Pharaoh using gentle words.
