Abstract

The conclusions obtained from the description of the introduction, literature review and findings and analysis methods are that there is no partial effect of Quality Planning quality management on controlling defective products at Prima Duta in 2020-2022 of -0.146, There is a partial effect of Quality Control quality management on controlling defective products at Prima Duta in 2020-2022 of 0.698, There is a partial effect of Quality Improvement quality management on defective product control at Prima Duta in 2020-2022 of 0.698 , 398, There is an effect of quality management Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement simultaneously on the control of defective products at Prima Duta in 2020-2022 a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05)
