IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PENGELOLAAN WISATA SUMBER CELENG

Sumber Celeng Tourism is an educational tourist attraction located in Bulurejo village. Regarding wild boar source tourism, researchers want to know what the Bulurejo village government's policy is in managing tourism. This research aims to find out how village government policies are implemented in managing Sumber Celeng tourism and what the challenges and obstacles are related to implementing government policies regarding Sumber Celeng tourism in Bulurejo village. This research was conducted in Bulurejo Village, using descriptive qualitative research methods. This research uses Edward III's theory with indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The data collection technique in this research is by conducting observations and interviews, and there are 5 informants in this research. The research results show that there is success in implementing village policies by involving all elements of society and government to create attractive tourist destinations and increase local income, as well as strategic planning that focuses on tourism development, community empowerment and improving infrastructure. This research also found several significant obstacles and challenges that were inhibiting factors in tourism management, namely, including less strategic locations, human resource constraints, lack of visitors, and financial management.
