PERAN PERATURAN DESA NOMOR 07 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG PENDIRIAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) SEJAHTERA BAROKAH BANJARSARI TERHADAP POTENSI WISATA TAMAN BANJARSARI AGRO COMMUNITY (BAC) DI DESA BANJARSARI

Determination of priorities for the use of BUMDesa is managed based on democratic village governance in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. Determining priorities for the use of Village BUM will be carried out in an open, participatory manner and provide benefits to the village community, provided that the village head, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and all village residents succeed in providing democratic governance. The priority for using Village BUM is to finance the implementation of programs and activities in the field of village development and village community empowerment. Priorities for using Village BUM are published to the community by the village government in public spaces or spaces that are easily accessible to village communities. This research aims to find out and describe the influence of Banjarsari Village Bum Village Regulation Number 7 of 2021 on the Tourism Potential of Banjarsari Agro Community (BAC) Park in Banjarsari Village, Bandarkedungmulyo District, Jombang Regency.
The research method used was qualitative descriptive, using informants in this research who were Bum Desa Banjarsari administrators
The results of the research show that the Banjarsari Village Bum Village Regulation Number 7 of 2021 on the Tourism Potential of Banjarsari Agro Community (BAC) Park in Banjarsari Village, Bandarkedungmulyo District, Jombang Regency includes, among others, Identification of the Mandate, Vision and Mission of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and Analysis of the Agency's External Environmental Factors Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDes Sejahterah Barokah has succeeded in having a positive influence on improving the village economy and welfare for the people living in the Banjarsari Agro Community (BAC) tourism business environment. Especially in developing people's business capabilities. And also provide employment opportunities for the community.
