LEADERSHIP PATTERNS OF WOMEN REGENTS JOMBANG DISTRICT PERIOD 2018-2023 (Study On Regent Hj. Mundjidah Wahab in the Field Development Infrastructure)

Leadership is the most important factor in creating progress in a country or region that is led. Jombang Regency is led by a woman, namely Hj. Mundjidah Wahab for the 2018-2023 period. This study aims to determine the leadership pattern of the Regent of Jombang Regency for the 2018-2023 period. This study uses a descriptive descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Based on the results obtained by the researcher, it shows that the leadership pattern of the Regent of Jombang Regency, Hj. Mundjidah Wahab, is more directed towards Democratic Leadership. This is indicated by the fact that when making decisions, members are always involved, communication is used in two directions, and subordinates are always motivated to be enthusiastic in carrying out their work, and supervision is carried out directly and indirectly.
