Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and career adaptability
among final-year students at Darul 'Ulum University. This research involved 107 students from
the Faculty of Psychology at Darul Ulum University in Jombang. Data collection was conducted
online using Google Forms with a purposive random sampling technique. Based on the results of
the Spearman rho correlation test analysis, a correlation coefficient value (r2) of 0.746 was
obtained with a significance value of 0.000 (ρ<0.05). This indicates that there is a significant
positive correlation between adversity quotient and career adaptability among final-year students
at Darul 'Ulum University
