These rights are divided into two parts, namely the rights of children before birth and after birth and those who are fully responsible in this case are the child's parents. (3) Children's rights in Islam are not only limited to what is stipulated in Islam as stated in chapter II, but it goes further than that, namely in the educational process itself. Children's education begins during the family formation process until a family is formed which aims to achieve a sakinah family. From this sakinah family a pious and pious child will be born. Likewise, the family must maximize its function, each family member carries out their obligations and is accurate in choosing methods for educating children and the materials provided. capable of facing increasingly complex future challenges.
