Financial Ratio Analysis in Predicting Changes in Energy Sector Profit on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

The study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Leverage Ratios, Inventory Turnover, Operating Profit Margin, and Price Earning Ratio partially and simultaneously on profit growth. This kind of research is quantitative. The sample in this study uses purposive sampling based on the criteria already defined of 14 energy sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2019-2022. The regression model used is the Random Effect Model (REM) using the classical assumption test, partial test t, and simultaneous test f.
The results of the test through the test t were found that the first hypothesis Current Rattio did not affect the profit, the second hypotheses Leverage Ratio did not influence the gain, the third hypothesies Inventory Turnover did not impact the profits, the fourth hypothèses Operating Profit Margin influenced the profit and the fifth hypothéses Price Earning Ratio influencing the profit.
