PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN KEMISKINAN TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA (IPM) DI KABUPATEN JOMBANG

This research aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth and Poverty on the Human Development Index in Jombang Regency. The influence you want to know is positive or negative. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data in the form of an annual period. This research uses a sample from the last 5 (five) years, namely 2019-2023. Sampling used publication sampling techniques. The test tools used are the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research show that partially economic growth does not have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Jombang Regency, Poverty does not have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Jombang Regency. Simultaneously Economic Growth and Poverty do not have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Jombang Regency.
