The Impact of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Assistance on the Welfare of Small Entrepreneurs in Pulo Lor Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency

One of the economic activities that is widely carried out in society is the MSME sector. MSMEs play an important role in improving welfare, specifically the welfare of MSME actors themselves. This research is research that aims to see the impact of assistance from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in improving the welfare of MSMEs in Pulo Lor Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency. This researc is a type of descriptive qualitative reserch using interview techniques and a total of 15 informants. The data collection tecniques used were observation, interviews and documentation, data reduction, and conclusions.
The research result show that MSMEs are able to improve the welfare of MSME actors. The obstacles faced by MSME actors in Pulo Lor Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency are limited capital, low human resources and knowledge due to low education levels. The contribution of MSMEs is that MSMEs are able to improve welfare, especially for MSME actors, in this case small entrepreneurs themselves.
