Sweet corn (Zea Mays L. Saccharata.) is a type of plant originating from
America and has been known and developed in Indonesia for a long time. Corn
cannot adapt well to humid tropical conditions. Therefore, if corn is planted in
tropical climates with good management, it will produce maximum production.
Corn grows best in summer. Corn does not adapt well to humid tropical
conditions. Therefore, if corn is planted in tropical climates with good
management, it will produce maximum production. Corn grows best in summer.
This research used sweet corn seeds (Zea Mays L Saccharate). The research was
carried out using a factorial experiment arranged in a randomized block design
(RAK) of two factors and three replications. The first factor is POC ferinsa plus
(P) consisting of, P0 was not given POC ferinsa plus as a control, P1 was given
POC ferinsa plus concentration of 60 ml/liter, P2 was given a concentration of
120 ml/liter, P3 was given a concentration of 180 ml/liter. The second factor:
Goat manure bokhasi fertilizer (K) consists of K0 not treated as a control, K1
goat manure bokhasi fertilizer 1.65 kg/plot (10 tons/ha), K2 goat manure bokhasi
fertilizer 2.4 kg/plot (15 ton/ha), K3 goat manure bokhasi fertilizer 3.4 kg/plot
(20 tons/ha). From this treatment, 16 combinations of actions were obtained.
This research was carried out from February 2022 to May 2022 in Jombantan
Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency, East Java. With a height of ± 42
m above sea level. The observational data was analyzed using ANOVA analysis
of variance. Treatments that had a significant effect were further tested using a
5% level of honest significant difference (BNJ). Based on research, giving
Ferinsa Plus POC and goat manure bokhasi had an effect on plant height, stem
diameter and number of leaves. In treatments (P3K3: 180 ml/liter and 3.3 kg/plot
with an average of 271.87 cm, 26.83 mm and 14, 67 strands). then the same
treatment had an influence on the parameters of leaf length and cob diameter in
the treatment (P3K2: 180 ml/liter and 3.3kg/plot). With averages (109.53cm and
60.80mm). After that, it had an effect on ear length, ear weight and production
per plot in the treatments (P2K3, P2K2 and P2K1) with an average of (26.33 cm,
226.40 g and 3.00 kg).
