Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kepercayaan diri
dengan Kecemasan karir. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa tingkat akhir.
Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 63 responden. Teknik pengambilan
data dilakukan secara online menggunakan Google Form. Teknik pengambilan
data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis uji
korelasi Spearman rho, maka diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi rrho = -0,050
dengan nilai sig. 0,349 (p > 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan
yang signifikan antata Kepercayaan Diri dengan Kecemasan Karir, sehingga
hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima.
