THE INFLUENCE OF MORAL EDUCATION VALUES TOWARDS OTHERS IN THE BOOKS AL-AKHLAK LILBANAT AND TAISIR AL-KHOLLAQ FI ‘ILMIL AKHLAQ ON BULLYING BEHAVIOR AMONG STUDENTS AT MANPK 4 JOMBANG

A phenomenon that has caught the attention of education today is bullying in schools, both by teachers against students, and by students against other students. This research aims to 1) Describe the form of bullying in MANPK 4 Jombang. 2) Test the correlation between the values of moral education in Kitab Al-Akhlak lilbanat and Taisir al-Khollaq fi 'ilmil akhlaq against bullying behavior at MANPK 4 Jombang. Respondents consisted of 40 students from class XII MANPK 4 Jombang, Data collection using interviews and questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data were analyzed by regression test using SPSS version 25 for Windows with the results showing that: 1) The form of bullying in the Madrasah Aliyah Program Keagamaan (MAPK) MAN 4 Jombang environment is in the form of verbal bullying, which has an impact on psychology. Efforts made by the madrasa, namely by debriefing morals for MANPK students at MAN 4 Jombang starting from the taaruf period for three days. The asatidz and caregivers of the boarding school play an active role in providing moral examples, familiarizing good attitudes, and instilling values taken from the wisdom in Islamic teaching. The goal is that students not only gain knowledge, but also practice noble morals according to Islamic guidance. 2) There is a significant correlation between the values of moral education to others in Kitab Al-Akhlak lilbanat and Taisir al-Khollaq fi 'ilmil akhlaq with bullying behavior in MANPK MAN 4 Jombang students, so this shows the effectiveness of moral values in reducing bullying, MANPK 4 Jombang can continue to strengthen and expand its moral education program.
