ABSTRACT
Complete systematic land registration is carried out through
adjudication. According to Article 1, point 8 of Government Regulation No. 24 of
1997, adjudication is defined as an activity carried out during the initial land
registration process, including the collection and determination of the validity of
physical and legal data regarding one or more land registration objects for
registration purposes. Megaluh Village is one of the villages in Jombang Regency
that implements the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program,
taking into account various considerations. Based on the background described
above, the researcher wanted to understand the Complete Systematic Land
Registration (PTSL) process in Megaluh Village, Megaluh District, Jombang
Regency.
Based on the research findings presented, it can be concluded that the
PTSL program is a new innovation for the land registration process in Indonesia.
The implementation of PTSL in Megaluh Village complies with applicable laws and
regulations. Several obstacles arose, which were resolved through deliberation and
guidance from applicable government regulations.
