The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of Local Village Facilitators in Village Community Empowerment in Gedangan Village, Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing primary and secondary data sources obtained from interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were: observation, interviews, documentation studies, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity of the data obtained from the informants, triangulation techniques will be used, a method to increase the validity and credibility of data by combining various data sources, collection methods, researchers, or theories to test findings from different perspectives. The results of the study indicate that the Local Village Facilitators in Gedangan Village have carried out their duties in accordance with government regulations, but less than optimally. Several obstacles were encountered, namely: limited human resources, limited budget, community participation, inter-agency coordination, and access to information and technology.
