ANALISIS KINERJA RUAS JALAN CEMPAKA KABUPATEN JOMBANG DENGAN ADANYA PERUBAHAN TYPE JALAN

ABSTRACT

Urban roads are roads that have permanent and continuous development along them, or almost all of them. Jalan Cempaka Mojongapit, Jombang Regency, used to be a 1/2-TT road so that light, medium, and heavy vehicles could cross Jl. Cempaka Mojongapit. DISHUB banned heavy vehicles from crossing Jl. Cempaka last year, allowing only medium and light vehicles to do so, and implemented a 2/2 TT. This has the potential to change the type of road (2/2 TT). To find out the performance of the Cempaka Road Section, Jombang Regency, a Data Collection Technique for direct observation in the field was carried out, and the research results obtained a Q value of 490.7, a VB value of 39.1 km/hour, a capacity value of C 2,296.8 cur/hour, a VT value of 33 km/hour, and a Dj value of 0.21. Based on the analysis of the performance of the Cempaka Road in Jombang Regency in the next 5 years, it is still relatively stable with a Q value of 755.05 and a Dj value of 0.33. The performance of the Cempaka Road in Jombang Regency is currently still relatively stable, and based on the results of this study, there has not been a significant increase in vehicle volume. in the next 16 years, namely in 2039. It can be estimated that the Cempaka Road Section, Jombang Regency, with a growth value in Jombang Regency of 9%, can get a Q value of 1948.36 cur/hour, a DJ value of 0.85. with a note that there are no changes to road changes or road widening. So before 2039, it is necessary to carry out traffic management.
