IMPLEMENTASI KEMAMPUAN PEDAGOGIK GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MI MIFTAHUL ULUM KEPUHKEMBENG JOMBANG

This study aims to: (1) determine the level of teachers’ pedagogical competence at MI Kepuh Kembeng Peterongan Jombang, (2) determine the level of students’ learning motivation at MI Kepuh Kembeng Peterongan Jombang, and (3) determine the influence of teachers’ pedagogical competence on students’ learning motivation at MI Kepuh Kembeng Peterongan Jombang. This research employs a quantitative method. The research subjects consisted of 17 respondents selected using random sampling techniques. In collecting the data, the researcher used a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis with the help of SPSS Version 24 for Windows.
This study applies a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables through the collection and analysis of numerical data. A survey method was employed as the main data collection technique, with a questionnaire as the instrument that had been tested for validity and reliability.
The findings show that the subjects were 17 sixth-grade students of MI Miftakhul Ulum Kepuhkembeng Peterongan Jombang, consisting of 9 female students and 8 male students, indicating that the respondents were not evenly distributed by gender.
The teachers’ pedagogical competence at MI Miftakhul Ulum has been well implemented by applying varied and engaging learning strategies as well as conducting proper learning evaluations.
