IMPLEMENTASI PP NOMOR 5 TAHUN 2021 DALAM PROSES PERIZINAN UMKM TAHU DI DESA SUMBERMULYO KABUPATEN JOMBANG

Implementation of PP Number 5 of 2021 in the Tofu UMKM Licensing Process in Sumbermulyo Village, Jombang Regency. This research uses Empirical Legal research methods, which aim to analyze the application of law in practice. This approach focuses on how law is applied in real life, both by individuals, groups, communities and legal institutions. This research focuses on the behavior of individuals, communities, organizations or legal institutions in relation to the implementation or enforcement of the law. The low number of tofu UMKM in Sumbermulyo Village is caused by a lack of awareness among business actors and the low level of community education. The Sumbermulyo Village Government also provides opportunities for business actors who face difficulties in the licensing process to ask for assistance directly from the village government. This step is in line with the plan to establish a "Shining" Tofu Industrial Center in 2027, which aims to create clean, hygienic, delicious and well-known tofu products. This plan can be realized if UMKM players know how to increase their awareness to improve performance and comply with various existing regulations, including in terms of licensing. With the RBA Online Single Submission (OSS) system, business actors simply fill in the data in the system and prepare the documents needed for the licensing process without needing to visit the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMTSP). The process of issuing business permits will be handled by the Central Government and Regional Governments which have authority through the OSS system.
