Abstract
The good performance of an irrigation network project greatly affects the development of an agricultural area. When agriculture has a good irrigation network performance, many benefits are obtained by the community. These profits ultimately increase regional income and income. With the smooth flow of water and harvest meeting the target, the community's economic income will directly increase In supporting the physical improvement of the channel project, construction that meets SNI is needed and also the management implementation process in the Irrigation Area project The data used in this study was sourced from the report of the relevant agency. In addition, literature studies are also carried out by collecting and studying books, reports, journals and literature related to the titles discussedStrategies using Microsoft Project and arrow diagrams can indeed effectively make activity data equipped with beam diagrams in the Tuban transit irrigation area project work. The effect can be seen from the critical trajectory point of the Arrow diagram, the time specified in the contract is 150 days and the results (crashing and fastrack) can be accelerated to 143 days (Right side channel work, wing wall repair, bridge construction 10.5m, plastering back jembatan, plastering Back building walls) . The implementation of Irrigation Area development project activities requires mature Construction Management and also needs proper analysis of work items, so that the processing time is more efficient and affects the value of the project contract
