Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the village financial system (SISKEUDES) in improving the effectiveness of village government performance. SISKEUDES is an application developed by the Financial and Development Agency (BPKP) to support transparent, accountable, and statutory financial management. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that SISKEUDES has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the performance of village officials, especially in terms of administration, reporting, and accountability of village finances. In addition, SISKEUDES also encourages the creation of more orderly, accurate, and timely village financial governance. However, the implementation of SISKEUDES still faces several obstacles such as applications that are still often slow and data networks that are still unstable which cause the system to be slow. Therefore, continuous support is needed from local governments or related agencies to optimize the use of SISKEUDES in order to achieve effective and efficient village financial management.
