Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and the
combined variable on firm value among companies listed in the LQ45 index on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. Liquidity is measured by
the Current Ratio (CR), solvency by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability
by the Return on Assets (ROA), and firm value is measured using the Price to Book
Value (PBV). The study employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative
research design. The sample consists of 27 companies consistently included in the
LQ45 index over four years of observation. Data were obtained from published
annual financial reports and analyzed using multiple linear regression after passing
classical assumption tests. The results show that partially, liquidity and profitability
significantly influence firm value, while solvency has no significant effect.
Simultaneously, liquidity, solvency, profitability, and the combined variable have a
significant effect on firm value. These findings indicate that profitability and
liquidity are the key factors affecting market perception of firm value in LQ45
listed companies.
