ANALISIS PROSEDUR TRANSPARANSI DAN AKUNTABILITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA SATLANTAS POLRES JOMBANG

This study analyzes transparency and accountability procedures in financial report
management at the Traffic Unit (Satlantas). Using a qualitative approach, data was
collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results
indicate that despite efforts to increase transparency through the publication of
financial reports, challenges such as a lack of understanding of accounting
standards and inadequate training for employees persist. The study's conclusion
emphasizes the need to increase human resource capacity and strengthen internal
control systems to achieve more transparent and accountable financial
management.
