Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, price and ease of use of the grabfood application on customer satisfaction for students in Jombang. The influence you want to know is a significant influence or not. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, namely a method that uses the presentation of research results in the form of numbers or statistics and is used to test the independent variables, namely promotion, price and ease of use with the dependent variable customer satisfaction. This study uses the population as respondents, the test tool used is a questionnaire distributed to respondents who use the grabfood application in Jombang. This study also found that promotional factors, price, and ease of use have different contributions to customer satisfaction. Attractive promotions, such as discounts, free shipping, and product bundling, are one of the main factors that increase students' interest in using GrabFood. Competitive pricing is also an important consideration, where customers are more likely to choose services with prices that match their quality and purchasing power. Meanwhile, the ease of use of the application, such as user-friendly appearance, speed of access, and ease of making payment transactions, plays a major role in shaping a positive customer experience. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that promotion has a significant effect on customer experience.
