Efforts of Teachers and Guardians of Students to Improve The quality of students' memorization of the Qur'an At the Al-Qur'an Education Park Al Muhajirin Sumbersari Sukosari Jogoroto Jombang

Memorizing the Al-Qur'an is not an easy thing but it is also not difficult because the Al-Qur'an is a miracle and the word of Allah SWT which is easy to read and memorize so whoever is sincere and really wants to memorize it, then Allah SWT will provide convenience and guidance to that person.
This research is qualitative in nature, taking as its background the Al Qur'an Education Park, Sukosari Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. Where researchers go to the field to make direct observations about a phenomenon that occurs. By using a theoretical basis which is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation.
The results of the research show that as follows: the Tahfidz teacher's efforts to improve the memorization of the Al-Qur'an by Tpq Al Muhajirin students both in learning and outside of learning were carried out by: a) Creating a pleasant atmosphere during teaching and learning in the Koran class, b) Providing time for students who want to deposit their memorization, c) Murojaah surah juz 30 which is the target for students to memorize, d) Providing motivation to students, e) Giving gifts to students, f) Providing additional study hours for Tahfizul Qur'an, g) Creating a WA group for parents of students, h) Coordinate with the head of Tpq.
