VILLAGE GOVERNMENT STRATEGY IN TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (Case Study of Pandansili Tourism, Ngampungan Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency)

This thesis research is supported by the enthusiasm of the community in
developing tourist baths which are the historical origins of Dutch heritage.
The Ngampungan village government has a point of enthusiasm that will
never be forgotten, namely the assistance from Darul Ulum University
from the beginning of the tourism maintenance process to making the
name of the village and tourism proud, which has received appreciation
from the top 300 best tourist destinations in Indonesia. The research
method used is a qualitative research method. To analyze policy
implementation using the policy implementation model by Pantahelix. The
research results show that policy implementation is influenced by
weakened communication. The disposition and structure of the
bureaucracy have not been implemented properly, thus hampering the
implementation of village government policies in the Ngampungan sub-
district with Jombang Regency, making it difficult to implement.
