Abstract

The human resources owned by PT. Pranata Surya Mandiri are mostly high school/equivalent educated. However, there are also many employees/staff who have a bachelor's degree. In addition, to achieve the company's vision and mission, leaders are able to carry out their duties, motivate and appreciate the results of the work of the company's employees, communication between company leaders and company employees is important in the operation of running the company. Data analysis in this study used quantitative methods. The approach used is the explanatory research statistical method with the help of SPSS version 25. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that transformational leadership and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of PT. Pranata Surya Mandiri employees. Transformational leadership and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of PT. Pranata Surya Mandiri employees. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that transformational leadership has a greater influence on the performance of PT. Pranata Surya Mandiri employees. Interpersonal communication in the company should be more supportive for each employee to co-workers who are having difficulty in doing their tasks. The performance of employees in the company should be that employees complete their work according to the targets set by the company.
