The rapid development of technology has made information accessible very
quickly. With this fast-paced technological advancement, humans are constantly
seeking new breakthroughs. The development of technology is not only in the
industrial sector but has also begun to penetrate the world of education, such as at
MI Tarbiyatul Athafal school, which still has shortcomings in the processing,
presentation, and storage of student grades that are still done manually. Therefore,
to address the issues at MI Tarbiyatul Athafal, an online report card information
system based on the web has been created at the school, to facilitate teachers in
presenting data, storing student grades, and improving time efficiency. The
Prototype Method is an initial version of a software system used to demonstrate
concepts, experiment with designs, and identify more issues and potential solutions.
A system with a model. Prototyping allows users to understand how the system
functions well. The implementation is carried out after the design and system
planning phase is completed. The implementation stage is crucial for assessing the
feasibility of the program, starting from trials and program manuals. The results of
the system testing are obtained by examining the system pathways from the initial
input to the final output. System and program testing utilize the black box method.
This research can create an information system for the digital recording of student
report card grades and attendance. The admin and teachers can make good use of
the application from this research. This study can implement an information system
for managing student report card grades and attendance. The application is designed
for administrative needs at MI Tarbiyatul Athafal Sukoiber.
