This research aims to determine the application of the At-Tartil method at MI Miftahul Huda Tanjung Anom Bulurejo Diwek Jombang, to determine the achievement of learning to read the Qur'an at MI Miftahul Huda Tanjung Anom Bulurejo Diwek Jombang, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the At-Tartil method Tartil in improving the quality of reading the Koran at MI Miftahul Huda Tanjung Anom Bulurejo Diwek Jombang.
This research is qualitative in nature, taking the background of MI Miftahul Huda Tanjung Anom Bulurejo Diwek Jombang. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, documentation and observation, while other data was directly obtained from the main source at MI Miftahul Huda Tanjung Anom Bulureji Diwek Jombang.
The results of the research and discussion of this thesis are as follows: Based on the results of research at MI Miftahul Huda, it can be concluded that the application of the At-Tartil method in improving the ability to read and write the Al-Qur'an at MI Miftahul Huda has been carried out effectively and well by using the system. full classical and individual evaluation, daily evaluation and improvement evaluation, and students' reading already looks good. Both seen from the Makhorijul letters, as well as the ulumut tajwid and the nature of the letters.
