KEEFEKTIFAN LAYANAN INFORMASI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING UNTUK MENGURANGI PERSEPSI NEGATIF PESERTA DIDIK TERHADAP GURU BK

Penelituian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif ekperimen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan layanan informasi bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengurangi persepsi negatif peserta didik terhadap guru BK pada siswa SMP (sekolah menengah pertama). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Peterongan yang memiliki 4 (empat) orang dengan tingkat persepsi yang sangat tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket yang disebarkkan saat pretest dan posttest.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di SMPN 1 Peterongan sudah cukup baik, dan ditemukan siswa dengan permasalahan persepsi negatif yang sangat tinggi. Perhitungan analisis dalam uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai 0.109 lebih besar dari > 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada penurunan terhadap persepsi negatif peserta didik terhdap Guru BK.
Saran dari hasil penelitian untuk Guru BK supaya memahami indicator-indikator siswa yang memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap Guru BK sehingga bisa memberikan tindakan preventif terhdap siswa. Sedangkan peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti tentang persepsi negatif terhadap Guru BK dan berbagai alternatif permasalahannya.

This research is an experimental quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of guidance and counseling information services to reduce students' negative perceptions of BK teachers for junior high school (junior high) students. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Peterongan which has 4 (four) people with a very high level of perception. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method which was distributed during the pretest and posttest.
The results showed that the implementation of guidance and counseling at SMPN 1 Peterongan was quite good, and it was found that students with very high negative perception problems were found. Calculation of the analysis in hypothesis testing obtained a value of 0.109 greater than > 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in students' negative perceptions of BK teachers.
Suggestions from the results of the research for BK teachers are to understand the indicators of students who have negative perceptions of BK teachers so that they can provide preventive action to students. Meanwhile, further researchers should be able to examine the negative perceptions of BK teachers and various alternative problems.
